Description: Details completeness of field samples and analytical results (Completed, Incomplete, SRN issues) by task and facility.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database.

•For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary.

•For Enterprise usage, this report should be published to the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

•For Professional usage, this report should be published to the database or have the .dll added to the local '.../Earthsoft/EQuIS/' folder.

Overview: The Summary report is typically used for an overview of all tasks in a facility. Tasks that only contain activities will not show up in this report. For a more detailed view of task status, including Activity status, we recommend using the SPM - Completeness Report - Detailed report. The status of the "Field Samples" and "Analytical Results" columns follow the corresponding rules:

Field Samples:

▪Completed: DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_SAMPLE has matching records in DT_SAMPLE for all samples in the task, and no samples are of type NST (no sample taken). See No Sample Taken for more information.

▪Incomplete: No matching record for DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_SAMPLE in DT_SAMPLE for any of the samples in the task.

▪SRN Issues: If using the SRN Manager and SRN issues have been received, added in DT_SRN_ISSUE. See SPM Sample Receipt Notification for more information.

▪Sample(s) not taken: The sample type in DT_SAMPLE for any of the samples in the task was changed to NST (no sample taken). See No Sample Taken for more information.

▪Completed Override: The "Mark As Completed" box in the "SPM - Scheduled Task" window has been checked for the task. See Edit Scheduled SPM Task for more information on marking tasks as completed.

Analytical Results:

▪Completed: DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_RESULT has matching records in DT_TEST/DT_RESULT for all samples in the task, and no samples are of type NST (no sample taken). See No Sample Taken for more information

▪Incomplete: No matching record for DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_RESULT in DT_TEST/DT_RESULT for any of the samples in the task.

▪SRN Issues: If using the SRN Manager and SRN issues have been received, added in DT_SRN_ISSUE.

Start	Select a start date.
End	Select an end date.
Include Tasks Marked as Completed	Check box for including tasks marked as completed. Default: False.
