Description: The EIA: Overdue SDGs report notifies users of Sample Delivery Groups (SDGs) they are expecting, but have not yet received.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database. For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary. For Enterprise use, this report should be published to the database. When publishing the report, the assembly should be stored in the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

Overview:

The report looks at all DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY records where DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY.SHIPPING_DATE is older than the current system date, minus a user-specified number of days (X). Of these, the report returns all records for which an SDG has not been received.

This report is setup as an EQuIS Information Agent (EIA) only. Instructions on how to setup EIAs is available here.
