Description: The EIA: Past Max Turnaround Time report notifies the user of samples that have not been received within the expected turnaround time.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database. For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary. For Enterprise use, this report should be published to the database. When publishing the report, the assembly should be stored in the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

Overview:

The report calculates the actual turnaround time for samples as the difference in days between DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY.LAB_RECEIPT_DATE and ST_FILE_REGISTRATION.RECEIVED_DATE. It then compares this number to the expected turnaround time for the associated SPM Contract Analytic Method and returns all records for which the actual turnaround time exceeded the expected turnaround time.
