Description: Shows Chains of Custody (COCs) with Missing Samples in their associated Sample Delivery Groups (SDGs), with an option to show only the samples that are missing.

 

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database.

For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary.

For Enterprise usage, this report should be published to the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

For Professional usage, this report should be published to the database or have the .dll added to the local '.../Earthsoft/EQuIS/' folder.

Report Parameters *

Inquiry Date

Effective date of this inquiry.

Review Days

Input for number of desired days for the review period.

Show Samples

Selection for Show All samples or Show Only Missing Samples.

Individual Selections


Individual Selections Date Range


Start Date

Start date for COC list.

End Date

End date for COC list.

Individual Selections COC(s)

Parameter for selecting one or more COCs. No selection will return all COCs.

 

* This report contains the following hidden parameter(s) that could affect the outcome of the report:

Facility_id

 

If listed, the Additional Fields parameter may be customized as explained in How To Customize the Additional Fields Parameter.

 

Consult an EQuIS administrator if hidden parameters should be visible or use different default values in a published report (a report that allows saving of user reports). Hidden parameters cannot be viewed or changed in unpublished reports outside of a report parameter file.
