Description: In past versions of EQuIS, this report was titled Statistics: Analyte by Sample Transpose. The report lists sample values and calculates the statistics, such as the Number of Samples, the Number of Detects, Maximum, Mean, 95% UCL, and Minimum and Standard Deviation based on a saved Analytical Results Report. The report can also report action level exceedances, if the Action Level input is selected.

 

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary.

 

Overview:

If a sample value or a statistical value (Max and Mean) is greater than an action level value, the value is colored. Each Excel worksheet holds the results of a location. A user selection of "Transpose results of each location" is provided to transpose the results.

 

The "Use non-detects" parameter is used to include or exclude non-detects in the output, and the list of the "Save Analytical Results Report" parameter includes pick reports from both Analytical Results and (Beta) Analytical Results.

 

Notes:

The saved Analytical Results Report used needs to meet the following requirements:

The output should contain only one matrix.

Method Analyte Groups (MAGs) must be used; do not select individual or no analytes.

The MAGs selected for the report must have the default_unit defined for all analytes.

 

Tables: All tables used by the Analytical Results or Analytical Results II reports in addition to DT_ACTION_LEVEL, DT_ACTION_LEVEL_PARAMETER, DT_ACTION_LEVEL_PARAMETER, DT_ALS, RT_ANALYTE, RT_MATRIX, RT_MATRIX, RT_MTH_ANL_GROUP, RT_MTH_ANL_GROUP_MEMBER, ST_REPORT, ST_USER_REPORT
