Report Name: Analytical Results (Statistics) (25190)

 

Report Type: Standard

 

Description: The Analytical Results (Statistics) Report is a new report based on the standard Analytical Results (Aggregate) Report. It computes various statistical functions not found in the aggregate report, namely: minimum, maximum, mean, median, sum, standard deviation, variance, skewness, Mann-Kendall S, Sen slope, confidence (90%, 95%, 99%, and 95%) and 95% Student's-t UCL (UCL = mean + student_t *sd/n). As of EQuIS Version 6.5, 80% and 85% confidence level calculations are also included. The confidence and percentile values are calculated using the Syncfusion confidence and percentile equations, which rely on Excel built-in equations.

In EQuIS 7 when the Max or Min of the "Process multiple non-detect limits of an analyte at a location:" parameter is selected and there are multiple non-detects per analyte/location (e.g. 11 and 2), the report may not correctly process the maximum or minimum non-detect (e.g. it picks 11 as minimum or 2 as maximum). This issue was fixed  (Case 139612).
