Output Type: Excel1

Description: The EIA: Land Access report can be used to give advanced notice of Land Access requirements for upcoming scheduled tasks.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database. For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary. For Enterprise use, this report should be published to the database. When publishing the report, the assembly should be stored in the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

Overview:

The report output includes land access information for tasks where the inquiry date (set in report parameters) falls within a date range calculated for each task being considered. This date range is calculated using: the number of land access days required for the tasks; task start date; and a number of "early warning days" that can be set in the report parameters. This is the formula used:

Start date = (DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_TASK.START_DATE – (DT_SPM_ACCESS_REQUIRED.LAND_ACCESS_DAYS + EARLY WARNING DAYS))

End date = DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_TASK.START_DATE

This report is setup as a scheduled EQuIS Information Agent (EIA). For example, it could run daily to give notice of land access requirements falling due in the next two weeks. Instructions on how to setup EIAs is available here.
