EQuIS Formats

This chapter contains articles about the EQuIS EDD formats developed by EarthSoft, Inc.

For a custom format to be functional within EQuIS Builds 7.22.1 or later:

•The DLL file must be strongly named.

•The Public Key Token for the strong-named assembly of client-developed formats must be configured in the ST_CONFIG. table

•If the format is not being used in EDP Standalone, Professional EDP, or EDGE with a database-level security login, then the format must be either be:

•encrypted by EarthSoft (i.e., *.xse)
or

•embedded as a resource in a strong-named .NET assembly (i.e., *.dll).
