Known Issues 26.1 Build

Collect Enterprise, Collect Mobile, Desktop Applications, DQM, EDP, Enterprise, EnviroInsite, Link, Professional, Reports, Schema, SPM

Collect Enterprise

The Allow Form Refresh check box does not return to the default value (i.e., unchecked) when switching templates while creating a new data form.

When building a formula using the Add Outer Function tool, the necessary nodes required for the outer function are not shown and a parameter count error is displayed.

The Drag/Drop functionality is not working when adjusting the Collect widget settings while using Mozilla Firefox.

When editing a form section that has previously been configured with Data Sets there is no clear indication of the previously selected Data Set configuration.

Clicking "Show Complete" on the Data Forms page results in the User Groups column becoming blank. A workaround is to click the "Refresh" button on the Data Forms page.

Form Summary Report pagination is incorrect when many records are present in the report.

Translation files (*.csv) cannot be edited in Microsoft Excel when the computer uses regional settings that use comma as the decimal separator.

The Validate feature in the Pre-Population editor does not check for any errors, and sometimes reports false issues.

 

Collect Mobile

When a Time field is a column within a Table Form field, the AM/PM marker will switch unexpectedly when selecting a time in the 12:00 hour.

When a Selector field is a column within a Table Form field, all of the field's Options will be shown regardless of any Visible formula on those Options.

Using an Android device with regional settings that use a comma as the decimal separator, users cannot enter decimal values in decimal fields. The workaround for this issue is to install a third party keyboard and set it as the default keyboard.

Restoring a Collect backup made while "Remember my credentials" is enabled will automatically log in as the user who created the backup.

 

Desktop Applications

After clicking File or navigating to the backstage in some open EQuIS desktop applications (EQuIS Professional, SPM, and when connecting to an EQuIS database in EnviroInsite), single-clicking the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons may only highlight the button. To minimize/maximize/close the applications, users may need to double-click the appropriate button.

 

DQM

DQM Exceptions Report is not translating to Languages other than English (LOTE).

Save Button Remains Active After Reverting to Default Selections in Complete Event Form.

 

EDP

In the EQEDD format, when TestResults_v1.dilution_factor is blank, it uses the default value of "1.0". This works when culture settings are en-US, but results in an error when using culture settings that use a "," for their decimal separator (e.g., de-DE).

EDP Enterprise does not include translated text for the error message informing users that an EDD file name was rejected because the file name contained invalid characters.

 

Enterprise

The Dashboard Facility checkbox initially displays in white and thus hard to see in the White (default) theme. Toggling between themes will change the checkbox outline to black for the White theme. This issue will be resolved in the next build of EQuIS.

Docs and Photos Widget – The Filename in the Preview section of the Docs and Photos Widget is styled like text, although it still operates as a link. Users can continue to click on the filename to download the file. This issue will be resolved in the next build of EQuIS.

Facility Chooser – Users may experience difficulty selecting facility groups to be the active/session facility if those facility groups were created in EQuIS Enterprise. For best results, use the EQuIS Professional Groups Form to create facility groups; additional items (e.g., files) can be moved into these groups afterwards via the Enterprise Explorer Widget. A workaround is to copy the RT_GROUP.EUID value for the group and paste it into RT_GROUP.FACILITY_ID as a negative number (i.e., '2' becomes '-2'). This issue will be resolved in the next build of EQuIS.

Report Parameter Editor – Dynamic start and end dates in the report configuration will not be reflected in the report output following the first time changing a facility to one different than the session facility. The workaround is to set the Facility Chooser in the Report Parameter Editor a second time.

Web Forms Widget – Inconsistent error message behavior upon Delete when different Related Records settings are configured between form sections of a template.

 

EnviroInsite

EnviroInsite is unable to reopen saved subsurface profile .vizx files.

Remark text is not merged if a remark row exists between two START_DEPTH values with identical remarks.

When adding or adjusting columns in the Template Designer for the Boring Log or Subsurface Profile, users may notice unexpected behavior when trying to deselect or resize them.

To deselect a newly added or adjusted column, press the Escape key on the keyboard.

To resize a column, please use the top-right and middle-right resize boxes.

 

Link

Link Mapper Status messages may be displayed in the incorrect order.

 

Professional

Docs & Photos Form – XML-structured files downloaded through the Docs & Photos Form are missing the final ">" of the closing tag. To avoid issues, download these files via the EQuIS Blobber Form in EQuIS Professional or the Explorer widget in EQuIS Enterprise.

 

Reports

Reports with Additional Fields – Including RT_GROUP_MEMBER.CUSTOM_FIELD_1 through CUSTOM_FIELD_5 (added to the Schema in d31727) as Additional Fields will cause the report to fail with the "Invalid column name" message.

In crosstab reports, if an Excel template is applied, the autofit cells feature also applies to the non-EQuIS-data worksheets.

 

Schema

External License Database – A user with a license database may receive the error, "Unable to obtain a valid Sequence. No matching column" when attempting to upgrade to Build 7.25.1 or later. Contact EarthSoft Support to resolve this issue.

 

SPM

When using the Batch Scheduler in SPM Desktop, the label on the Next button is not centered correctly in some translations.

SPM Enterprise Scheduler breaks permanently when user enters number without selecting Day/Week/Month/Year radio button.
