Fixed a duplicate row issue with certain input scenarios for the ARII-ALEII Crosstab report (EarthSoft.Reports.Library.160273). Previously, with multiple action levels configured as row headers, one result row was split in two when action level fields DT_ACTION_LEVEL.REMARK or DT_ACTION_LEVEL_PARAMETER.CUSTOM_FIELD_1 or _2 differed between the action levels. For EQuIS Enterprise use, republish the report.

RT_LOCATION_PARAM_TYPE.STANDARD_UNIT when the Parameter\Individual(s) or Group(s) report parameter is selected and the Parameter\Unit parameter is not selected.
