Description: The SPM - Completeness Table - Equipment Activities provides a comparison between the equipment activities that had been scheduled to occur and the data that have been received in the EQuIS data tables. The report grid has a Status column to show complete and incomplete tasks. The report can also be filtered by task status. This report is intended to generate a grid output to be used in EQuIS Enterprise and Microsoft Power BI Dashboards. This report can be run across multiple facilities by selecting the facility group.

 

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database.

For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary.

For Enterprise usage, this report should be published to the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

For Professional usage, this report should be published to the database or have the .dll added to the local '.../Earthsoft/EQuIS/' folder.

 

Overview: The comparison can use the following fields from DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_ACTIVITY and DT_EQUIPMENT_PARAMETER: FACILITY_ID, SYS_LOC_CODE, EQUIPMENT_CODE, PARAM_CODE, TASK_CODE. EQUIPMENT_CODE cannot be NULL and ACTIVITY_TYPE cannot be ‘water_level’, ‘purge’, or ‘flow’.

Report Parameters

Date Range

Used to filter records in both DT_SPM_SCHEDULED_ACTIVITY and DT_EQUIPMEMT_PARAMETER tables.

Start

Select a start date.

End

Select an end date.

Equipment Type

Select one or more equipment type(s).

Equipment(s)

Select one or more equipment code(s).

Parameter(s)

Select one or more equipment parameter code(s).

Adhoc Task Code(s)

Select one or more adhoc task code(s)

Status

Select one or more record status options: C (Complete), I (Incomplete), and U (Unplanned).
