Description: The equis.billable_records_and_storage report calculates database storage and record-count information used for EQuIS Online billing. Run the report to view the current calculated values for the connected database at runtime.

 

 

 

Installation Instructions: The report is deployed to EQuIS Online hosted databases by EarthSoft. No local report assembly or additional installation is required.

 

Permissions: Permissions to the equis.billable_records_and_storage stored procedure are granted to the ES_PUBLIC database role.

 

Overview:

The equis.billable_records_and_storage report is based on a stored procedure added to the EQuIS Online database. Unlike reports that return facility-specific environmental data, this report returns database-level metrics.

 

To run the report in Professional:

1.Connect to the applicable EQuIS Online database in EQuIS Professional. Facility selection is not relevant.

2.From the Open section of the Professional Home ribbon, select Reports.

3.Select the equis.billable_records_and_storage report.

4.Click Go to run the report.

 

The report does not contain selectable report parameters. Its values are calculated when the report runs, allowing users to view the most current available billing metrics for the connected database.

 

The report can also be run in Enterprise and/or setup as an EIA.

 

Report Parameters: This report does not have user-selectable parameters.

 

Report Output: The Report Grid contains the following columns:
