Description: The EDGE COC Summary Report generates a summary of data from the DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY table. This report can be run in EQuIS Professional or published to EQuIS Enterprise.

When run as an EDD-triggered EIA in EQuIS Enterprise, the report will check DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY for an EBATCH value equal to that of the newly loaded EDD. If a matching EBATCH value exists, the report output will trigger and return a summary of the newly created DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY record.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed EDGE Module and the EDGE Schema applied to the database. For EQuIS Professional use, copy the EarthSoft.Reports.Library.40338.dll file from the EDGE\reports installation directory to the EQuIS Professional installation folder. For default installations, this directory is C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS. For Enterprise use, this report should be published to the database. When publishing the report, the assembly should be stored in the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

Overview:

•Select one or more COC and it will show all COCs within the date range, if nothing is selected.

•Change the date range filter on DT_TASK.START_DATE and DT_CHAIN_OF_CUSTODY.SHIPPING_DATE.

•The Department(s), Monitoring Program(s), Monitoring Type(s), Authority(s), Authority Type(s), Task Type, and Priority Ranking are all task filter parameter used to enter one more more task.

•Select the Task Code(s) instead of the above filters.
