Description: The Client Metrics Report provides record details for facilities as well as the total record details for all facilities.

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary.

Overview:

The Client Metrics report, reports total records in the DT_/AT_/RT_ tables of each facility listed in DT_FACILITY are in the EQuIS Database, and the number of records in the tables without the FACILITY_ID field in the DT_/AT_/RT_ tables. The summary of the DT_/AT_/RT data associated to the facilities that are not listed in DT_FACILITY is also generated. Information of EDD, Reports, and EIA activities in the months selected by users is also summarized.

Results generated for application level security (ALS) users are limited to subscribed or granted facilities over Professional or Enterprise (with at least Viewer permission for Enterprise). Log in to Professional as a facility group, the report will return results only from the facilities in the group.

The report includes an option to include Logger Data in the output. If checked, two additional worksheets, Logger Monthly Statistics and Logger Facility Totals, are populated with statistics from DT_LOGGER, DT_LOGGER_SERIES and DT_LOGGER_DATUM.

The Logger Monthly Statistics worksheet includes results from all facilities, including FACILITY_ID=null for EQuIS Professional Database level users; results [...] are included only for subscribed facilities for Enterprise Application Level Security users. Statistics are based on loggers for which there are records in DT_LOGGER_DATUM within the selected date range as indicated below.

•Number of Loggers: DT_LOGGER.LOGGER_CODE

•Number of Locations with Loggers: number of locations associated with the logger output (DT_LOGGER.SYS_LOC_CODE)

•Number of Logger Series: DT_LOGGER_SERIES.LOGGER_SERIES_ID (each may occur on multiple dates)

•Number of Logger Records: DT_LOGGER_DATUM

Notes:

•Other DT_/AT_Records of each facility do not include the records of the DT_ and AT_ tables that are already listed in the reports such as DT_FACILITY, DT_LOCATION, DT_SAMPLE, DT_TEST, DT_RESULT, DT_WATER_LEVEL, DT_LOCATION_PARAMETER, DT_SAMPLE_PARAMETER and DT_FILE.

•The Date Range on the user interface is used to generate monthly statistical results of Enterprise usage during the user selected date range.
