Description: The Bottle Request report summarizes the containers required for the selected task(s) and exports an Excel file that can be used to request the appropriate containers.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database.

•For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary.

•For Enterprise usage, this report should be published to the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

•For Professional usage, this report should be published to the database or have the .dll added to the local '.../Earthsoft/EQuIS/' folder.

Overview: This report requires Plan, Contract, and scheduled Task to be created in SPM. Container information must be included in Contract information.

Plan Code	Select a plan (only plans with applicable tasks are shown).
Task Filter	Select one or more tasks.
Date Range
Start	Select a start date.
End	Select an end date.
SPM Task Code(s)	Parameter for selecting SPM task code(s).
Lab (required)	Required parameter for selecting the lab.
Include Location and Samples	Toggle to include locations and samples in the report output. Default: True.
