Basic Results II

Report Name: Basic Results II (example)

File Name: EarthSoft.Reports.Library.91656.dll

Dependencies: N/A

Software: EQuIS Professional and EQuIS Enterprise

Source: EQuIS Professional install

Language: English

Output Type: Report Grid1

Description: The Basic Results II Report reports the content of DT_BASIC_RESULT. This assembly was designed from the Basic Results stored procedure report, and includes improvements to support querying multiple facilities.

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary.

Overview:

This report supports measured results with unit conversion.  Unit conversion requires users  to provide a unit as an input parameter. The converted results are in REPORT_RESULT_TEXT, REPORT_RESULT_VALUE and REPORT_RESULT_UNIT. Chemical names, geological coordinates and elevations are also listed. Column FACILITY_CODE is added onto lists of Location/Individuals or Groups and Analyte/Groups of the user interface.

Note 1:  Working with Multiple Facilities

1. Individual and group location selection and analyte group selection can work with multiple facilities. When logged in to Professional as a facility group, the locations and analyte groups of all the facilities in the facility group will be displayed on the user interface. RT_GROUP_MEMBER.FACILITY_ID defines the facility of a location group. RT_MTH_ANL_GROUP.FACILITY_ID defines the facility of an analyte group. RT_GROUP.FACILITY_ID is not used to define the facility of a location group, because it is used for other purposes e.g. negative facility id referring to a facility group.

2. When all RT_GROUP_MEMBER.FACILITY_ID of a location group are not populated, the location group belongs to all facilities, and therefore will be displayed on the user interface, regardless of the facility logged in to. Similarly, if RT_MTH_ANL_GROUP.FACILITY_ID of an analyte group is not populated, the analyte group belongs to all facilities.

Note 2: If Location/Groups is Selected

1. If Location/Groups is selected, the LOC_GROUP_CODE and LOC_REPORT_ORDER columns are in the report output. Otherwise, they are not included in the report output.
