Description: This report is identical to the Analytical Results Report, except it also includes all of the DT_RESULT_QC fields in the output. The report is designed for users that need to report QC information.

Installation Instructions: This report is part of the EQuIS Schema and is created when the EQuIS database is created. No additional steps are necessary.

Group(s)	Parameter for selecting location groups.
Sample
Type(s)	Select one or more sample types.
Date Range	Section to select the start date, end date, most recent sampling, and the option to use date range to select the most recent sampling events.
Matrix(es)	Select one or more sample matrix.
Task(s)	Select one or more tasks.
Delivery Group(s)	Select one or more delivery group.
Depth	Section for selecting the minimum and maximum start and end depths as well as depth unit.
Test
Method(s)	Select one or more test method.
Fraction(s)	Select one or more fraction.
Column Number(s)	Select one or more column number.
Type(s)	Select one or more test type.
Lab Matrix(es)	Select one or more lab matrixes.
Prep Method(s)	Select one or more prep methods.
Result
Analyte	Section for selecting individual analytes and analyte groups.
Unit	Selection for report result units.
Type(s)	Select one or more result type.
Detect Flags	Select one or more options for detect flag.
Non-Detect Multiplier	Enter the desired non-detect multiplier value.
Non-Detect Symbol	Enter the desired non-detect symbol ("< ?", "ND", ...). "?" will be replaced with reporting limit multiplied by non-detect multiplier.
Reportable	Select one or more options for reportable result.
Reporting Limit	Select which reporting limit you desire to use (reporting_detection_limit, method_deteciton_limit, etc.)
Hit Flag	Enter a character(s) for flagging hits. If null, then only hits will be displayed.

Consult an EQuIS administrator if these parameters should be visible or use different default values in a published report (a report
that allows saving of user reports). These paramaters cannot be viewed or changed in unpublished reports outside of a
