EQuIS Agreements

EQuIS is licensed with an End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is a legal agreement between the Licensee (the EQuIS user) and EarthSoft, Inc. for internal use of the EarthSoft software products being licensed pursuant to the EULA, including all EQuIS Materials and EarthSoft internet-based services that are provided by continuing subscriptions. Use of EarthSoft software and EQuIS materials is prohibited without a signed EULA. View an example End User License Agreement.

EarthSoft reserves all rights not expressly granted to the licensee in the EULA. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The EULA requires your agreement to maintain the confidentiality of EQuIS, unauthorized copying is expressly forbidden. Users may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by failure to abide by the terms of the EULA. EarthSoft owns the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software, Documentation, and support materials.
