Clearing Cache

A number of problems can manifest from cached data and cookies stored on your computer. If you are experiencing issues with this site or EQuIS Enterprise sites, you may need to manually clear the computer's cache of web pages.

 

Clearing the Cache in Google Chrome

1.Open the browser and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Clear browsing data window.

2.Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

3.Under Time range, select All time from the drop down menu.

4.Clear all the other check boxes.

5.Click the Clear Data button.

 

 

Clearing the Cache in Microsoft EDGE

1.Open the browser and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Delete Browsing data window.

2.Select Cookies and saved website data, and Cached data and files.

3.Click the Clear button at the bottom of the window.​

 

OPTIONAL: To automatically clear the cache whenever the browser is closed, toggle the Always clear this when I close the browser​ to the on position.​

 

Clearing the Cache in Mozilla Firefox

1.Open your browser and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window.

2.Select Cookies and Cache.

3.In the Time range to clear box, select Everything.

4.Clear all the other check boxes.

5.Click the Clear Now button.
