The Save As screen from the EDP Application menu backstage allows the user to save:
•Reference value file (*.rvf) – This file may be used in EDP Standalone. See Loading Reference Values in EDP Standalone.
•EDD (Errors only)
•EDD – The currently loaded EDD under a different file name or extension. To save the current EDD under the same name and extension, use Save.
To save the file:
1.Select one of the above options.
2.Enter the file name.
3.Select a file extension.
Note: It is important to be aware of the row and column count limitations for the file extension. Saving more rows or columns than what is supported will prevent the EDD from saving. For example, the XLS file type supports only up to 65536 rows and 256 columns, while the XLSX file type supports 1048576 rows and 16384 columns. |
