Uninstall Collect Mobile

Warning: Uninstalling Collect Mobile will delete captured data that has not been uploaded to the server, downloaded forms, and templates from the device. Ensure all data has been uploaded to the server prior to uninstalling the Collect Mobile application.

Follow these steps prior to uninstalling Collect Mobile:

1.Follow the steps in the Backup documentation page to create a backup of the device.

2.Navigate to where the backup was saved and review the content.

3.Follow the device's instructions to uninstall Collect Mobile.

After uninstalling the application, Collect Mobile can be reinstalled and the backup can be restored. Steps to restore the backup are also available in the Backup documentation page.
