When a user enters a value into the Time Field of an EDGE form, EDGE will automatically convert the value to the correct format, without the need for it to be modified manually.
All one- and two-digit numbers entered into a Time field will auto-convert to the appropriate 24-hour notation. (ie: 1 -> 01:00, 13 -> 13:00)
Typing in three digits will convert the time to the format ,"h:mm"
Typing in four digits will add ':' if necessary, meaning that if you type 1430, it will convert to 14:30.
All errors will default to 00:00 if the time is invalid. e.g. asdf or 1a2e.
