Please include the following information in your email to assist us in responding to your request:

EnviroInsite version, whether 32- or 64-bit, and operating system.

Exact text of any error messages received.

Steps to enable us to reproduce the issue.

If applicable:

The zipped project file associated with the error (File> Zip Project).

The database and facility used for the project.
