Stratigraphy in EnviroInsite

Stratigraphy is an interpretation of the regional geologic and/or hydrologic units that are likely to be continuous between boreholes and are of interest to hydrogeologists. Stratigraphic units are defined spatially by the elevation of the top and bottom of the unit. The thickness of each unit can also be calculated. Information on the geologic setting is stored in both the boring and stratigraphy data tables.
