Fixed a missing unit conversion error in the MAG_SUM and TEQ_SUM advanced action levels. These advanced action levels have been updated to use the Action Level Unit Conversion Errors report parameter, which has three options for handling missing unit conversion errors (Stop Report, Flag Errors, or Skip Errors).

Schema – Multiple – Replace SQL Build in Role PUBLIC with Database Role ES_PUBLIC [d29725]
Removed dependency on the SQL Fixed Server Role PUBLIC, in accordance with modern security principles. All database users will now have the role ES_PUBLIC by default. Object-specific permissions previously granted to PUBLIC are transferred to ES_PUBLIC instead. The role is created in the Professional schema.
The following schemas were updated to use ES_PUBLIC when applied for the first time: AQS, EDGE, Enterprise, Geotechnical, LakeWatch, and StandardReports. Applying these schemas in 7.23.2 will require the 7.23.2 Professional schema to be applied (either before or at the same time).
