The axes of plan view maps and objects can be displayed. Plan view axes options can be defined by selecting Plot> Axes> 2D Axes from the main menu to open the Plan Axes dialog box. Modify the axes properties on the Options tab, Text tab, and Crop tab as desired. Click the OK button to save changes.

The view image may be cropped to a specified rectangle to omit all of the view outside the plan view axes.
