Webhook Audit Report

Report Name: Webhook Audit Report

File Name: EarthSoft.Reports.Library.d11175.dll

Dependencies: N/A

Software: EQuIS Professional and EQuIS Enterprise

Source: EarthSoft Community Center Downloads Dashboard under Products > Additional Resources > v7.0 for each organization's EarthSoft Primary Point of Contact (POC)

Language: English

Output Type: Report Grid1 or JSON (when run as a Webhook)

Description: This report displays audit information from the XT_AUDIT table based on the selected parameters such as table, column, event, and start and end dates. When running as a Webhook, the report will use the current date/time and last run date/time instead of the start/end dates.

Installation Instructions: Download the Webhook Audit report, from the EarthSoft Community Center. Starting in 7.24.3, the report is packaged together with other standard-by-request reports, i.e., "EQuIS_By_Request_Reports_All_7.24.3.zip".

Unblock the *.zip file, and extract the DLL to the EQuIS Professional installation folder. For standard installations, this directory is C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS; for per-user installations, this directory is %localappdata%\Programs\EarthSoft\EQuIS by default. After the user reopens Professional or refreshes the Open window, the report will appear in the Reports list.

Overview: Non-administrator users need a minimum of 'Viewer' permission on File, Facility and Group object types, and should have no 'Deny' permission for any object. Non-administrators running this report will get a limited set of results as they will not see which user made the changes, nor any audit results for XT_, ST_, and SDT_ tables.

Tables: XT_AUDIT, XT_COLUMN, XT_TABLE, ST_USER
