Description: The Reference Value Summary Report generates a Microsoft Excel file that contains reference values pertinent to analytical results data for a given facility or facilities. These values can be useful for configuring a DQM QAPP for a particular facility or to review a subset of a larger reference value list for a particular project.
Installation Instructions: This report file is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary. For use in EQuIS Enterprise, the report must be published to the database via EQuIS Professional.
Overview: This report has 12 parameters, two of which are required (Facility ID, Status Flag) and 10 analytical reference parameters that can be selected/deselected to include in the report. While not required, at least one reference parameter must be selected (true) for the report to run or an error message will display to select one. The reference parameters are:
•Analytic Method – Summarizes the analytic methods analyzed/reported in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects ANALYTICAL_METHOD, FACILITY_ID, and a count of each analytical method from the DT_TEST and RT_ANALYTICAL_METHOD tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by ANALYTICAL_METHOD and FACILITY_ID.
•Batch Information – Lists the batch types available in the selected facilities. Selects TEST_BATCH_TYPE, TEST_BATCH_ID, and BATCH_BATCH_ID from the DT_TEST_BATCH table where it matches AT_TEST_BATCH_ASSIGN by TEST_BATCH_ID.
•CAS RN (Analyte) – Summarizes the analytes analyzed/reported in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects CAS_RN, CHEMICAL_NAME, FACILITY_ID, and a count of CAS_RN from the DT_RESULT and RT_ANALYTE tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by CAS_RN, CHEMICAL_NAME, and FACILITY_ID.
•Matrix Code and Medium Code – Summarizes the matrix and medium codes collected/reported in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects MATRIX_CODE, FACILITY_ID, MEDIUM_CODE, and a count of MATRIX_CODE from the DT_SAMPLE and RT_MATRIX tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by MATRIC_CODE, FACILITY_ID, and MEDIUM_CODE.
•Prep_Method – Summarizes prep methods reported by the laboratory in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects PREP_METHOD and a count of PREP_METHOD from the DT_TEST and RT_PREP_METHOD tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by PREP_METHOD.
•Preservatives – Summarizes preservatives reported by the laboratory in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects PRESERVATIVE and a count of PRESERVATIVE from the DT_TEST and RT_PRESERVATIVE tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by PRESERVATIVE.
•Result Type Code – Summarizes result types used in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects RESULT_TYPE_CODE and a count of RESULT_TYPE_CODE from the DT_RESULT and RT_RESULT_TYPE tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by RESULT_TYPE_CODE.
•Sample Type Code – Summarizes sample types used in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects SAMPLE_TYPe_code and a count of SAMPLE_TYPE_CODE from the DT_SAMPLE and RT_SAMPLE_TYPE tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by SAMPLE_TYPE_CODE.
•Test Batch Type – Summarizes test batch types used in the selected facilities and status flag(s). Selects TEST_BATCH_TYPE and a count of TEST_BATCH_TYPE from the DT_TEST_BATCH and RT_TEST_BATCH_TYPE tables that match the FACILITY_IDs and STATUS_FLAGs selected for the report. The results are grouped by TEST_BATH_TYPE.
Once the report runs, it will generate an Excel workbook with the results for the selected analytical parameters as individual worksheets.
