Report Name: Google Earth Analytical Results (3D Cylinders) (example)

File Name: EarthSoft.Interfaces.Google.dll

Dependencies: saved Analytical Results user report

Software: EQuIS Professional

Source: EQuIS Professional install

Language: English

Output Type: Keyhole Markup Language (*.kmz)1,2,3

Description: This report uses the results of a saved Analytical Results user report. The output of the report generates a *.kmz which shows concentrations of each chemical represented as a vertical cylinder at each location. Prior to using this report, please review the Submission of Content Warning for Google Earth reports as well as the commercial license requirements.

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary.

Overview:

The height of the cylinder represents the amount of concentration (taller cylinders show greater amount of chemical). Each chemical is displayed in a different color. Select which chemical to view by clicking in the circle next to the desired chemical name. This report includes data over the selected date range. Drag the time slider or press the Play button to watch the values change over time.

In order for locations to appear in this report:

Cylinder Scale

Linear

Multiplier

Multiplier value for linearly adjusting the height of the vertical Cylinders (y = mx + b)

Constant

Constant value for linearly adjusting the height of the vertical Cylinders (y = mx + b)

Proportional

Maximum

Enter a non-zero maximum elevation to proportionally adjust the height of the vertical cylinders (y=(x-xMin) / (xMax-xMin) * (pMax - pMin) +pMin). Enter zero to skip proportional adjustment.

Minimum

Enter a non-zero maximum elevation to proportionally adjust the height of the vertical cylinders (y=(x-xMin) / (xMax-xMin) * (pMax - pMin) +pMin). Enter zero to skip proportional adjustment.

Report Output

The report output for this report is a *.kmz file that that is viewed in Google Earth.
