Description: The iCalendar report exports Sample Planning Module plans and tasks into an iCalendar (*.ics) format. The iCalendar format is used and supported by a large number of products, including Google Calendar, Apple iCal, IBM Lotus Notes, Yahoo! Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Novell GroupWise and many others. To open the calendar in Microsoft Outlook for example, double-click on the exported *.ics file and it will be added to your calendar tab under "Other Calendars."

 

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database.

For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary.

For Enterprise usage, this report should be published to the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

For Professional usage, this report should be published to the database or have the .dll added to the local '.../Earthsoft/EQuIS/' folder.

Calendar Name

Input box for specifying the calendar name.

Reminder (days)

Input for the number of reminder days. Default: 1.

Default start_time for unset time

If a start time has not been define for the tasks, this parameter can be used to define the start time for the task. Format is hh:mm.
