Predefined surveys are available in the Alive Surveys folder on the Downloads Dashboard of the EarthSoft Community Center.

 

To upload an available survey to an EQuIS database, please follow Steps 1-3 of the import instructions in the Survey Type Export article. Note that in Step 2, use the predefined survey as an EDD rather than the exported Survey Type.
