EarthSoft.EDP.EncodingSetting

The setting controls the encoding need for special characters submitted to Enterprise EDP, which allows for submitting EDDs that contain special characters via email and FTP.

Note: This setting is not dynamic. If users submit an EDD with UTF-8 and the ST_CONFIG table setting is Windows-1252, they may encounter special character issues.
