1.In EQuIS Professional, click the Forms button (in Open group on Home EQuIS Ribbon).
2.Open the Active Reports Form to display the Reports Designer window.
3.Create or load an active report.
4.From the Report Designer Toolbar, select TextBox.
5.The cursor will appear as a crosshair. In the PageHeader1 area, take the cursor and draw a box above the SYS_LOC_CODE field in the Detail1 section.
6.Double-click on the box.
7.Notice the Report Explorer changes to the Properties tab, displaying the text box properties:
a.In the Data section, enter Well ID in the text field.
b.In the Appearance section, expand Font and set Bold to True.
c.Set the Alignments to Center.
8.Repeat Steps 4-7 for each of the column headers in the report.
Tip: Users can also change the text within each field by using the font selections on the toolbar.
