The Water Quality eXchange (WQX) is a standardized data framework and submission mechanism for sharing water quality data that is administered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The EQuIS WQX package allows EarthSoft clients to collect, store, and manage WQX data in EQuIS and export the data into USEPA-required file structures. EQuIS formats have been created to upload reference values associated with WQX to EQuIS as well as import WQX data. A variety of reports and views are available to export data from EQuIS for upload to WQX.
