Two-way Synching Between SampleTableForm and TabFieldSamples

Two-way synching was implemented between SampleTableForm and TabFieldSamples. Synchronization from FieldSample_v1 to FieldSample_MultiLocation only occurs for samples actually created on the SampleTableForm.

The following fields are maintained in Sync:
