SPM Sample Number Naming Schema

Sample number naming schema item allows assignment of a unique number to each sample in one task only or for all recurring tasks. The following example shows the difference between the two use cases. Assume there are three samples in each task, and there are three tasks.

In this example, when # is set to be unique in one task only, sample # will repeat in the next scheduled task. For sample # to generate unique values, the scope must be set to for all recurring tasks.
