Geotechnical Lab Summary Report – Updated Query to Return DT_GEO_STANDARD_PENETRATION and DT_GEO_CORING Results [d51855]
Updated the Geotechnical Lab Summary Report to include DT_GEO_STANDARD_PENETRATION and DT_GEO_CORING information for records with END_DEPTH values equal to null but where START_DEPTH values are equal to DT_SAMPLE.START_DEPTH values.

Added a new Subfacilities section to the Geotechnical_v2 format for adding subfacility information via the format.
