EDGE Format – Automatic File Organization Feature when Pushed from Collect [d41330]

Updated the EDGE format to provide the automatic file organization feature when used with Collect data forms to upload an EDD with files through Collect Mobile.

EDGE Format – Successfully Create DT_LOGGER and DT_LOGGER_SERIES Records [d47517]

Fixed an issue in the EDGE Format that prevented saving an EDD for rows in the DT_LOGGER and DT_LOGGER_SERIES tables.
