Added the ability to use a formula to dynamically adjust Table Form column names. A formula can be configured for each column in the Table Form field within the Edit Field modal in Collect Enterprise, and the dynamic field name is displayed in Collect Mobile.

Added the ability to copy forms and subforms within a template and for subforms to be copied within a parent form. All fields and formulas will be copied from the original form to the new form copy.
