Fixed an issue in ArcEQuIS where a crosstab report using the SAMPLE_DATE field as a column header caused the tabbed data to return empty values. Forward slashes (/) in the SAMPLE_DATE field caused the problem and will be replaced with dashes (-) in the crosstab report output viewed in ArcEQuIS. This does not affect EQuIS database values.
