Alive EDGE Format – Fixed Format Accessibility [d44573]

Fixed a bug where the ALIVE_EDGE format could not be opened in Professional EDP if only an EQuIS Alive license was present.
Fixed a second bug that allowed the ALIVE_EDGE format to be opened with insufficient licensing.

Schema – Alive – Added New Fields to AT_SAMPLE_OBSERV [d46642]

Updated the AT_SAMPLE_OBSERV table in the Alive Schema by adding REMARK (remark(varchar(2000)), null) and CUSTOM_FIELD_1 to _5 (varchar(255), null) fields.
