This report outputs sections from the DQM Event Report as a Grid Report for additional export options and ability to crosstab.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed EQuIS DQM and the DQM Schema applied to the database. The report is included in the EQuIS Professional install when the DQM feature has been enabled during installation.

Overview:

The possible selections include:

•All the analytical results with associated qualifiers and DQM remarks.

•All the exceptions sorted by check.

•The Event errors as they appear on the DQM Event Review Form.

•The Event summary as it appears on the DQM Event Review Form.

•The Event warnings as they appear on the DQM Event Review Form.

•The Summary of samples and methods reviewed with SYS_SAMPLE_CODE as the row header.

•The Validation Report with default required columns including Qualifiers and Reason Codes and optional additional columns.

Report Parameters

DQM Event	Select saved DQM Event
DQM Event Report Section	Select the section from the DQM Event Report to create a Grid Report for. Default: Validation Report
Validation Report
Additional Columns	Select additional columns to include in the Validation Report. Default: apply_remark, dqm_remark

Note: The DQM Event Report (Grid) output does not include headers or footers from the DQM Event Report.
