This error message occurs when using an EnviroInsite database and not an EQuIS database.

 

A couple of clients have reported issues with the ODBC drivers not being installed correctly. If you are running MS Access 2016, then install the MS Access 2013 runtime from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39358. Otherwise, try installing the MS Access 2010 redstributable from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255.
