How Do I Sign Up to Use Bing Maps in EnviroInsite?

Viewing Bing Maps in EnviroInsite allows you to view aerial photos that you are used to seeing at Microsoft's Bing Maps. Before you can start viewing these aerial photos in EI, you will need to obtain a MapSavvy activation code from OnTerra Systems. They do provide a demo code that will produce their company logo as a watermark on your maps. The cost is presently $5 per month. Here's a link to their web page: http://www.onterrasystems.com/web-mapping-mapsavvy/.

Once you get the activation code, you should start up EnviroInsite and select Insert> Bing Maps. This will open a dialog window with a text box for you to enter the MapSavvy WMS Code. The maps will plot in the coordinate system selected under View> Options. The choices are UTM - metric, US State Plane - metric, and US State Plane - feet.
