This error occurs under most circumstances on startup and may be followed by several additional dialog boxes with other error messages. Most of the time this occurs because one of the prerequisite programs has not been installed. Prerequisite programs are operating system add-ons that the program needs to access to run properly. Determine whether these programs are installed by looking at the list of installed programs in the Programs and Features utility, which is accessible from the Microsoft Windows Control panel.

 

The prerequisite programs are:

•Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (or higher)

•Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable (x86 or x64)

•Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86 or x64)

•Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86 or x64)

 

Make sure to install the version (x86 or x64) that is consistent with the version of EnviroInsite. In other words, if the x86 version of EnviroInsite is installed, then install the x86 version of each of the prerequisite programs.
