Error when Saving User Report

Affected Software/Reports/DLL(s): Professional

 

Affected Software Version: N/A

 

Symptoms: The following error message may appear when attempting to save a user report in EQuIS Professional.

 

System.Data.OracleClient.OracleException (0x80131938): ORA-02291: integrity constraint (DATABASENAME.SYS_C0013064) violated - parent key not found.

 

Cause/Details: This may occur if the version of the report.dll that is published to the database does not match the report.dll version that is stored in the Enterprise bin folder, and there have since been changes made to the report assembly.

 

Resolution/Workaround: Check to ensure the version of the report.dll that is published to the database matches the report.dll version that is stored in the Enterprise bin folder.
