Edit an Existing SRN

An SRN contains the following information:
•SRN General Issues
•SRN Sample Issues
SRN Sample Issues, as discussed in Add/Edit SRN Sample, Bottle and Tests Issues, are subdivided into the following categories:
•SRN Sample Issues and Re-sample requests
•Bottle non-conformity issues
The three right-hand data tabs in the Work Order data section show the SRN content. Please read Edit an Existing Work Order to find out more about the Work Order interface.
Existing SRN amendment requests for current SRNs are shown in the SRN Amendments tab:
To remove SRN Amendment(s), select the item(s) to remove and then click Remove. To add a new SRN Amendment, click Add. To edit an existing SRN Amendment, highlight it and then click Edit. When adding or editing an SRN Amendment, the following form will be shown:
The Reason value is required, and is restricted to be unique within a single SRN. Other fields are optional.
Existing SRN General Issues for current SRNs are shown in the SRN General Issues tab.
To remove SRN General Issue(s), select the item(s) to remove and then click Remove. To add a new SRN General Issue, click Add. To edit an existing SRN General Issue, highlight it and then click Edit. When adding/editing an SRN General Issue, the following form will be shown.
The Issue value is required, and is restricted to be unique within a single SRN. Remark field is optional.
Existing SRN Sample Issues for current SRNs are shown in the SRN Sample Issues.
The SRN Sample issues tab is divided into two sections:
•Top: SRN / Work Order Samples
•Bottom: SRN Sample Issues
The top section contains samples assigned to a Work Order. The bottom section contains sample issues defined for each work order sample. Please select one sample to display issues related to it. There are three types of sample issues:
•Sample Issues / Resample Requests
Sample Issues in the bottom section can be shown per MAG, or per MAG - Analyte. Please read Add/Edit SRN Sample, Bottle and Tests Issues.
